Info
Hydrogen + Fuel Cells 2009 (HFC 2009) is one of the leading international conferences for the fuel cell and hydrogen industry. The fourth edition of this biennial conference will be held from May 31 to June 3, 2009 at the Vancouver Convention and Exhibition Center in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
HFC2009 will feature keynote addresses from prominent industry and government figures as well as plenary and parallel sessions focusing on key issues in the sector. The overall theme of the 2009 Conference is Partnerships for Global Energy Solutions, covering the theme areas of (a) Environment, Economics & Education, (b) Fuels: Hydrogen and other Fuels, (c) Fuel Cell R&D and Innovative Technologies, and (d) Fuel Cell Applications. The Exhibition and the conference will provide attendees with a place to network and partner with global leaders in the business, government and scientific community.
In order to promote collaboration between Taiwan and Canada in the fuel cells sector, the Canadian Trade Office in Taipei (CTOT) and the Bureau of Energy of the Ministry of Economic Affairs (BOE) will be organizing a Taiwan Mission to HFC 2009, in partnership with the Taiwan Fuel Cell Partnership (TFCP), and the Taiwan Association for Hydrogen Energy & Fuel Cell (THEFC). Delegates can participate in the conference and/or just visit the show. Taiwan delegates will enjoy free-entry to the HFC 2009 Exhibition and can participate in customized site visits arranged by Hydrogen and Fuel Cells Canada (H2FCC), Canadian Trade Office in Taipei and Canadian Federal and Provincial Governments. Canadian Trade Office in Taipei has arranged a special half day visit to the world’s leading fuel cell company, Ballard, which will be customized for the Taiwan delegation and include meetings with their bus, telecom and material handling divisions.

Should you have any further enquiry, please feel free to contact Vanessa Chen of Canadian Trade Office in Taipei.
